Duvel Glass 'Winking Lizard' - 2021

Every year since 2016, Duvel has partnered with the Winking Lizard Tavern and the Cleveland Institute of Art (CIA) to create a Duvel Tulip glass unique to the chain of their restaurants in the state of Ohio. The competition to select the winning design is open to all CIA students to submit up to three works. The selected design was created by Erika Grauzinis, who took inspiration from the jazz scene in London after studying at the Camberwell College of Art.

About the designer: Erika Grauzinis is an illustrator and designer based in Cleveland, Ohio. She works as a greeting card designer and loves to illustrate portraits, maps, and posters in her free time. Her love of art began at a young age, and she started to paint landscapes in oils at 9 years old. She graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Art, where she explored illustration, animation, and painting. She has a passion for travel and has taken numerous road trips across America and visited Europe and Central and South America. Her most recent venture has been teaching illustration at her alma mater as an adjunct faculty instructor.
