Duvel Glass ‘Henri PFR’

Besides being a musician, producer and well-known DJ, Henri PFR is also a gifted artist who loves to get to work with brush and canvas. It was therefore a logical choice to ask this creative jack-of-all-trades to go all out and add a 17th design our Duvel Collection range.

The result is a colourful, playful design in which a character - some see a 'duvel' in it - makes music. For the design, Henri took his inspiration from expressive modern art, and gave it his own funky twist. In turn, the colours used are inseparable from the Belgian tricolour. This, in turn, is Henri's ode to the Belgitude he, like Duvel, is a fan of and cherishes.

”At times, I love the surreal and sometimes chaotic side of our country. We don't take ourselves too seriously, and from that sometimes amazing things emerge. Not only in terms of art, also musically. I am very happy that Duvel has given me the chance to reveal my passion for painting and drawing to the outside world. To get a Duvel glass as a 'canvas' is something unique.”
