We ship your order for free in Belgium and the Netherlands when you order for a minimum of €79. When your total is lower than €79, shipping in Belgium will be €5,49 for a pick-up point or €6,49 for home delivery.

We have dismissed shipping to the UK until further notice due to tax and customs regulations we are facing due to Brexit.
The moment your order is sent, you will receive an email with a tracking link from our shipping partner. If you didn’t receive an email but have an account, you can use the ‘track and trace’ code from the confirmation email to check the status of your order via the website of our shipping partner.
Duvel has very carefully chosen its transport and packaging partner to minimize the risk of breakages and damage. Duvel itself is not responsible for the packaging of the packages ordered, but if you do notice any breakages or damage, please inform us within 7 working days via [email protected] so that we can follow this up quickly and help you in the right way.
In order to help you faster, we would like to ask you to send some photos of the damaged product if necessary:
We will bear the cost of the return if it turns out that we are at fault. So please wait to send the product back until you have received an answer to your e-mail. For more information, please refer to our general terms and conditions.
If you place an order before 5pm, we will do our very best to deliver your parcel to you, for delivery within Belgium, no more than 2 to 3 working days afterwards if the product you want is in stock (excluding Sundays & public holidays). Of course, we depend on our shipping partner for this. If you order after 5 pm, we may need an extra day to get your parcel to you.
We will ship your parcel as soon as all products are available. If you have ordered a personalised item, for example, the delivery time may be longer. If your order contains a personalised product, the delivery time is mentioned with the product. A personalised glass takes up to 10 working days as standard before we can ship it.
As soon as your package leaves Duvel webshop, you will receive an e-mail with a link to track your package if you placed your order with an account. If you are not at home, our courier will leave a note in your letterbox, so you know where to pick up your package. This can be at a neighbour's, but also at one of the collection points.
As a true Duvel lover, you probably know: true craftsmanship takes time. Our brewers create our beer with heavenly patience, and you can taste it. Creating your personalized glass takes at least 10 working days, as each glass is engraved by hand.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping email with a tracking link from our shipping partner. Then the countdown can truly begin!
It is possible to deliver your parcel at home, at your job or at a pick-up point nearby.
You cannot yet collect your order from our Duvel shop in Puurs or from the Chouffe shop in Achouffe.
When a part of your order is missing, it could be that a part is still on its way. To check where the remainder of your order is, use the ‘track and trace’ tool provided by our shipping partner.
If the missing part is not traceable with the ‘track and trace’ tool, it's best to contact customer support via [email protected] and include pictures as proof.
If you are not at home, your order may be delivered to your neighbors, or you will receive a notification in your letterbox with details on how to pick up your parcel at a collection point. The parcel will be kept there for 14 days. If it is not collected, it will be returned to us.

Unfortunately, the legislation does not allow alcohol to be sent from Belgium to other countries. This is because of taxes and excise duties. Don't worry, you can still enjoy your Duvel in your favourite bar or restaurant or in a local supermarket.
